Our Fees:
Please be aware that some inspection companies will charge extra at the time of the inspection if the inspector finds out that he has to inspect a crawlspace, or duplicate equipment, such as two furnaces, or if he finds out that he is really inspecting a duplex rather than a single-family residence! Also, if you have an "old" home, we don't charge extra for inspecting it, like many inspectors do.We don't charge extra for inspecting crawlspaces, extra equipment, or duplexes! We provide you with an upfront, "one price" policy! Once you agree to a fee over the phone with us, it doesn't change after the inspection commences!
Our fees are based on the combined square footage of all "heated" rooms, which you provide to us, and are broken down into the following ranges:

Condos, townhomes, or less than 1500 sq. $195.00
1500 - 2000 sq. ft. $235.00
2000 - 2500 sq. ft. $265.00
2500 - 3000 sq. ft. $295.00
3000 - 3500 sq. ft. $335.00
3500 - 4000 sq. ft. $375.00
4000 - 4500 sq. ft. $415.00
Over 4500 sq. ft. (total sq. footage x $.10/sq. ft.)
Our fees beat the franchises and other large multi-inspector companies! Check any of our competitors' prices and you'll see! We're not the lowest priced inspection company out there. You don't want them and the sub-standard product they provide. And we're not the highest priced company, either. You don't need them! We provide the best value for your needs. At the conclusion of the inspection, fees are payable on site, either by cash, check, or credit card.
Our Reports:
We generate a comprehensive, "narrative-style" report which you will receive immediately after the inspection. This "narrative-style" report gives you a thorough analysis of problems and deficiencies and helps you to make a truly informed decision concerning the actual condition of the home that you are thinking about purchasing.
