What to Expect from our Inspectors:
First: Expect to receive an overall evaluation of the property. You will know as much as possible about the property you are buying.
Second: Expect to receive an accurate, fully documented list of deficiencies. The dreaded surprises at the settlement table will be greatly reduced!
Third: Expect to receive care and maintenance tips about your home, including its mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. If you are a first time buyer, this is an especially valuable service.
Fourth: You will know probable replacement costs of items that are candidates for replacement within the next three years. The true cost of a home is found in the X + Y equation: X is the amount paid for the property at settlement, and Y is the amount expected for significant replacement costs within the first three years of ownership.
Fifth: Everything is put into perspective. We are not "alarmists". We tell both the good and the bad. We try to make it clear to purchasers that the perfect home has not been built. If a home has deficiencies, they should be considered in comparision with other homes of the same age.
Sixth: You will get professional service. Satisfied customers are our best source of referral business. We pledge to you a professional service that will be of significant benefit to you.
Seventh: You can have complete confidentiality. When we give an inspection report to a customer, no additional copies will be given to a third party without the customer's permission.
